What kind of software are we implementing for Netbox?

The Yard Management System, it is an advanced software solution that streamlines delivery and loading processes, as well as vehicle management within the facility. It offers online warehouse scheduling, info kiosks, and license plate reading cameras.

Carriers and suppliers are provided with the warehouse work schedule, allowing Netbox's partners to make notifications considering its current capabilities and workload.

The Info kiosk is installed at the truck parking area and allow for driver verification as well as arrival confirmation without needing to interact with a gatekeeper. This is particularly useful when a parking is distant from the main gate of a facility.
Once verified, a warehouse receives instant information about a driver and can summon him/her via SMS.

Cameras allow for an automatic reading of pre-verified license plate, matching drivers' arrival times with scheduled notifications, and opening a facility gate without human interference.

Why is the Yard Management System being implemented?

The objective of implementing Logintegra's YMS is to streamline a handling of drivers arriving at Netbox, enhance collaboration quality with partners, and optimize warehouse utilization.

Implementing the system will decrease drivers’ waiting times for loading and unloading. The utilization of Time Slots - the online warehouse work schedule - will improve notification planning ensuring prompt information transfer to a warehouse about drivers ready for service.

Jointly working within an online schedule will allow for proactive readiness of warehouse teams for scheduled deliveries and loading. The implementation will also support a more even distribution of vehicle services to prevent any possible queues.

How will the implementation affect Netbox's business partners?

Fundamentally, the implementation of the Logintegra’s Time Slots system does not entail any extra costs for Netbox’s partners. The vehicle notification process will transition to an online platform, setting up individual accounts for suppliers, carriers, and clients conducting self-pickups. Partners will not be required to input any new data beyond what is currently shared via email or phone; only the method of information transfer will differ.

Logintegra offers an online training for Netbox’s partners before the implementation is complete as well as telephone and email support for all users needing clarification or guidance on the system afterwards.

By implementing the Logintegra’s system, Netbox’s partners have the opportunity to track serviced vehicle statuses in real-time, access comprehensive transport history, and generate reports.
Our shared objective is to optimize logistics operations and strengthening the partnership between Netbox and its partners.
