The LOGINTEGRA’s system at VAP was intended to oversee the operations of all warehouses via a single application. VAP is a specialized material processing technique and the "VAP® Center of Excellence" is a network of companies involved in its use, research and development.

The project's main objective was to create a booking system for: a. recipients, to confirm goods 3 hours prior to arrival; b. suppliers, to confirm delivery within warehouse operating hours (from 6 a.m. till 6 p.m.), but no later than 12 hours before arrival. We also designed a dedicated ramp that is open 24 hours a day for special operations.

The result of LOGINTEGRA's efforts was improved communication along the supplier-VAP-customer chain, reducing the lineup of vehicles awaiting loading or unloading by optimizing ramp usage in the warehouse, thereby minimizing the number of vehicles on the premises to the necessary minimum.

Implementing this solution resulted in various advantages for collaborating freight entities. The initial impacts were evident within the first two weeks of the platform running, including just-in-time unloading and improved daily route planning.
